Science Class: Friday - 3/22/13

Please complete the following steps in order. Please remain silent and on-task during the entire class period.

1. Please pick-up and complete: "Webquest: Forecasting the Weather".  Use headphones if they are available.  If not, mute your computer.  This is due Monday.  You may turn the assignment in today once it is complete.

2. OPTIONAL - The end of the nine weeks is 3/27/13.  If you want bonus points, you may complete a "Read and React" paper. 

3. Explore - Station Models : This website provides some information on how to interpret a station model on a weather map.  Please read about how to use station models.  Try some of the practice exercises once you read through all the instructional pages.

Option 2 - Explore - The Online Meteorology Guide: This resource incorporates text, colorful diagrams, animations, computer simulations, audio, and video to introduce fundamental concepts in the atmospheric sciences.
