CH 15: The Atmosphere
Mr. Wolf's 8th grade science classes just finished a group activity in which the students debated various types of energy resources. During the next few weeks, the students will be exploring topics in meteorology. Below are the PointPoint notes for the entire chapter.
Cassie is Our 2010 Carson Scholar!
Cassie has been selected as the 2010 Carson Scholar. She will receive a $1,000 scholarship award that will be invested for her college education. Cassie is among a very special group of over 4,200 students from across the country that has been named a Carson Scholar. Her academic achievements and service to her community are what make her stand out as a future leader of tomorrow. Cassie will also receive a medal, certificate, and a place on the Carson Scholar trophy at Canonsburg Middle School. In addition, Cassie is invited to attend the Pittsburgh Carson Scholars Fund's Annual Awards Banquet.
